What is the ST-01 trimmer designed for?
The ST-01 is an all-purpose trimmer built for hair and body grooming. It features a high-performance 7000RPM motor and is designed for professional-grade durability and precision.
Is it safe for direct skin contact?
Yes, the trimmer is designed for comfort throughout the grooming process. We are currently finalizing a new "Intimate Blade" version specifically improved for sensitive areas and direct skin contact. We aim to have this available on our site by Q4 of this year.
My trimmer isn't powering up or charging.
If your unit isn't turning on, first try using a different power source or a high-output wall adapter. Occasionally, a low-power USB socket (like on an older laptop) may not supply enough energy to initiate the charging protocol.
Trimming Lengths & Settings
What are the different trimming lengths available?
The ST-01 offers a wide range of lengths via the built-in adjustable toggle and included guide combs:
- Precision (No Comb): Provides the closest cut (approx. 0.5mm), ideal for clean lines and neck tapering.
- Short Lengths: Settings for 3mm and 6mm. Perfect for "heavy stubble" or short beards.
- Medium/ Long Lengths: Settings for 9mm and 12mm. Ideal for bulk removal or longer styles.
Length Guide Reference:
NO COMB: ~0.5mm - Edging, lining, and "zero-gap" style fades.
SETTING 1: 3mm - Short stubble and clean body grooming.
SETTING 2: 6mm - The "1-week beard" look.
SETTING 3: 9mm - Medium beard grooming and sideburn blending.
SETTING 4: Longer beard maintenance and tapering hair.
How do I ensure the length doesn't slip?
The ST-01 features a locking toggle. Ensure you hear or feel a firm "click" when selecting your setting. This locking function is designed to keep the guard stable even when applying pressure during a trim.
Battery & Charging
What are the battery specifications?
The ST-01 uses a 3.7V / 600mAh (2.22Wh) rechargeable Li-ion battery. It is UN38.3 certified for safety and travel.
How do I charge it, and how long does it take?
The trimmer supports both USB-C and Wireless Charging. A full charge typically takes between 1 to 2 hours.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from?
We utilize two main hubs:
- Denmark Warehouse: Serves all orders for the EU and UK.
- Asia Warehouse: Serves North America and the rest of the world.
Will I have to pay import duties?
For U.S. customers, prices exclude EU VAT. However, as of 2026, international imports are subject to a standard 10% import duty and processing fees collected by the courier (DHL/FedEx) upon delivery.
Do you ship to Australia?
We are currently not fulfilling orders to Australia. However, we expect shipping to this region to reopen by June.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
- EU Customers: We generally provide a return shipping slip.
- International (UK/US): We currently cannot provide prepaid slips. We ask that you mail the item back to us; once received, we will fully refund you for the shipping costs incurred.
Does the ST-01 have a warranty?
Yes, all trimmers include a 2-year Standard EU warranty covering manufacturing or technical defects.
